Triple room with the bathroom and radiators was ready when we checked-in.

Greatly enjoyed how good old the property was. The staff were fantastic, and the room was fashionable and incredibly comfortable with en suite bathroom and the back garden plus a superb view. The location was central, marvellous on a slope.

The double room at Chambres D'Hotes L'Oustal in Oloron-Sainte-Marie was a cozy haven. I loved waking up to the stunning garden view from my balcony. The room had a tea/coffee maker, perfect for a caffeine fix. The bathroom had a shower, which was convenient. As a low-budget traveler, this room was a steal!

The only small downside was that the balcony was only available in some of the rooms.

The location was perfect and beautiful for traveling around Oloron-Sainte-Marie, adjacent to the centre of Oloron as well as the Pyrenees. The room was fashionable and big with garden and the bedroom plus radiators and safety measures included smoke detectors.

it was a beautifully kept and good old hotel in a peaceful area, short walk to a lovely garden, oloron-sainte-marie, and local bars and restaurants. besides, the location was great for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of gaia aventure.

I absolutely loved the charming and rustic decoration of Chambres D'Hotes L'Oustal. The old building had so much character and reminded me of a cozy cottage from my childhood. The general areas were inviting and comfortable, perfect for senior people like myself to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible, with no steep stairs or long walks required, making it ideal for older guests.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were friendly, a bit more support and attention to the needs of older guests would have been appreciated.

I stayed at Chambres D'Hotes L'Oustal for one night with my daughter. The property, hosted by the lovely Jean-Luc, is a little gem. It has a charming and characterful ambiance, with a beautiful garden. Jean-Luc went out of his way to make us feel welcome, even moving his car so we could park our motorcycle securely. The breakfast table was a delightful shared experience, and the homemade jams and marmalades were simply delicious.

Would recommend this hotel.

We loved exploring the beautiful trails and slopes in the area. The hotel also offers convenient ski storage, making it hassle-free to enjoy the winter activities. Additionally, we were thrilled to visit the famous Lindt Chocolate Factory, which is located close by. It was a treat for both the kids and the adults!

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel offered some children's activities.

The location of this charming hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the town and within easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. One of the best aspects of our stay was the beautiful view from our room, overlooking a lovely garden and the stunning cathedral.

That the hotel was a bit tricky to find, with only a small sign on the front door. our room was on the smaller side and we were expecting to have access to the garden from our room, but unfortunately, the door was locked.

Friendly and hospitable host who goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Convenient location in the center of town, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Ample parking available, although on a steep hill.
